Steel fixer trainees for summer

We are hiring summer trainees for steel fixing between 1.5 and 31.8. Exact length of the employment can be agreed with the applicant. Prerequisites for the traineeship are age minimum of 18, interest in construction work, good physical condition and an occupational safety card. We also appreciate hot work license and diplomas in first aid courses 1-2. Trainees work 8 hours a day + lunch, normally at 7-15.30. If needed, employment can also be made permanent after summer.

Foreman trainees for summer and to permanent positions

We are hiring foreman trainees for the summer and to permanent positions. As a foreman trainee you will be accompanied with a senior foreman, gaining experience of both people and project management. Foreman trainees need to have at least one ”overall training” or other suitable work experience behind them. This too is a full time job, and if situation so demands, we also require flexibility in working hours.

Site manager trainees to permanent positions

We are hiring site manager trainees to be employed to permanent positions through our Excellence Learning Program. This job is best suited for individuals who have for passion leadership and development but do not overlook hands on work at construction sites either. Prerequisites for the role include an academic degree, preferable a Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Engineering or DI Master of Science or similar. All positions are full time and permanent, and the exact length of traineeship period at the beginning of the employment depends on the candidates’ previous experience and education. After the traineeship period the trainees will work as site managers.
